To take advantage of the online promotion, the artist must complete a free registration on the platform www.pitturiamo.com. The Artist undertakes to collect any unsold artwork within the deadline specified by the Gallery. After this deadline, a storage fee of €10.00 per day of delay will be applied, to be paid in full before collecting the artwork. If 120 days pass from the scheduled collection date without the Artist having retrieved the artwork, the Gallery shall have full authority to dispose of it freely, including its sale or destruction, without the Artist having any right to make claims, demands, or requests for compensation of any kind. The Gallery will not handle customs procedures unless previously requested by the Artist. If the artworks come from non-EU countries, the Artist must ensure their entry into Italy accompanied by an ATA Carnet for temporary importation, duly completed with all information required by current regulations. In the event of the artwork’s sale, all related customs costs, including any taxes, duties, and VAT, shall be entirely borne by the sender, with no charges to the Gallery.
